Privacy policy
In short
- To give you an account, we keep your mobile number, username, date of birth and a scrambled copy of your password. We never see or store the password itself.
- Your wallet balance is held on our server. Favourites and game settings stay in your own browser.
- No advertising, no tracking or analytics, and we never sell or share your details.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

RendoWin is a Ghanaian online casino. In this policy "we" means the RendoWin operator.

What we collect, and why

We don't ask for your name, address, ID, bank or card details, or mobile money PIN, and we never will. Never share a PIN or one-time code with anyone claiming to be RendoWin.
What stays in your browser
These are saved only in your browser's storage on your device. We can't see them, and they never reach our server: favourite and recently played games, sound and speed settings, your sign-in token, and, for Rendo Mines Live, a random player ID and the name you choose there. Clearing your browser's data removes them. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where your data is kept
Our account server and its database are hosted by Render (render.com) in the United States. By signing up, you agree to your account details being stored there. All traffic to and from the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it or the service is discontinued.
- Sign-in sessions: 12 hours, or 30 days if you tick "Keep me signed in". Logging out ends a session at once, and changing your password ends all of them.
- IP addresses for the sign-in limit: 10 minutes, in memory only.
Who we share it with
No one, except our hosting provider (Render), which stores the data on our behalf. We don't sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email the contact above from any address, and give the mobile number on your account. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
Under 18s
RendoWin is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to register, and we check the date of birth you give us. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
